I tried a different type of bead weaving this time! It has geometric squares interspersed with circles. I love the dichotomy of the two shapes as well as the contrasting finishes within the squares. I used beautiful Miyuki Japanese seed beads in the “niblet” shape (it’s basically a rectangle). The beads that outline the square have an iridescent finish while the ones in the middle are translucent. The spring green color is beautiful too.
